Dear Andrews ISD families,
We have been working on plans to safely open the 2020-2021 school year on Thursday, August 13. We received guidance from the Texas Education Agency (TEA) last week which Includes health and safety protocols, as well as clarification regarding in-person and virtual learning Information.
Starting on Wednesday, July 15, parents may begin registering their returning students for the 2020-2021 school year and will not have to designate selections for in-person vs. virtual learning. Parents will be able to designate their selections closer to the start of school, so please register your student(s) if you plan on attending Andrews ISD.
Students new to the district will begin registering on Tuesday, July 21. Please see andrews.esc18.net/registration/ for more details.
All Information Is subject to change based on future TEA and other statewide guidelines that we may receive due to changes In local and/or statewide health conditions. Our Andrews ISD community will be notified as soon as we have finalized our plan with dates to make your selection for the fall.
